Frank A. JohnsAttorney

Frank is an owner and managing partner in our firm. He graduated law school in 1997 and has worked in law firms, corporate and government legal departments.  Frank pays homage daily to the entrepreneurial spirit as a founder and manager of his own law firm.  He marries his legal experiences to his entrepreneurial spirit and leverage those experiences to craft solutions to meet the wide concerns of his clients.  His practice areas include commercial transactions, contracts, franchise and distribution, dispute avoidance and resolution, litigation, and business organizations.

Frank is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois Bar Association.

Layne C. Marino

Ms. Marino is an owner and managing partner in our firm.  She graduated law school in 2002 and brings her varied experience to bear on finding creative solutions  to the challenges faced by her clients.  As a founder and managing partner of her own law firm, she shares many of  the same concerns of her small and medium size clients.  Her practice areas include franchise and distribution, dispute avoidance and resolution, trademark and copyright, and business organizations.

Ms. Marino is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois Bar Association.
